This policy explains how Techoice (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit techoice.al, submit a form, or interact with us. We process data in line with applicable privacy law, including the GDPR where it applies to visitors in the European Economic Area.

Techoice is the data controller for personal data collected through this public website and related contact, booking, and career flows. Our studio address is Tirana, Albania. For privacy questions, contact hello@techoice.al.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process: name, email address, phone number if you provide it, message or booking details, career application information, CV files you upload, preferred language, and technical data such as IP address and browser type when you submit a form or load a page. We do not sell personal data.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule and manage bookings, review job applications, operate and secure the website, send transactional emails you expect (for example booking confirmations), improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing emails are not sent from these public forms unless we explicitly ask for separate consent in a future feature.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of steps at your request before a contract (for example handling a booking enquiry); legitimate interests in operating a secure business website and responding to messages, balanced against your rights; and consent where you actively submit information through a form. You may withdraw consent for optional processing by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out.
We use trusted service providers that process data on our instructions: Supabase (database, authentication for admin users, and file storage), Resend (transactional email delivery), and our hosting providers. Admin access to the site uses Google sign-in through Supabase; only allowlisted staff accounts can reach /admin. We do not share visitor data with advertisers.
Form submissions and operational records are stored in our database. Blog cover images and case study media may be stored in public storage buckets. Career CVs are stored in a private bucket accessible only to authenticated administrators. Public buckets do not contain your contact form or booking content.
When you use the optional chat widget on our public pages, we collect the messages you send, our assistant replies, your selected language, and the time you accepted the chat privacy notice (including its version). If you choose to provide them, we may also store your name and email with the conversation. Messages are processed by an AI service provider configured on our servers to answer questions about Techoice services using site content; we do not use chat content for advertising. Chat sessions and messages are stored in our database so we can continue the conversation when you return and so authorised staff can review threads in the admin area. We keep chat data for as long as needed to operate the service, handle follow-ups, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. To request access, correction, or deletion of chat data, email hello@techoice.al from the address you used in chat (if any) and describe the conversation timeframe.
We retain enquiries, bookings, and contact messages for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet legal, tax, or dispute requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Job applications are kept for the recruitment period and a reasonable archive window unless you ask us to delete sooner where law allows. Server logs may be kept for a shorter security window.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email hello@techoice.al; we may need to verify your identity before acting on sensitive requests.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on admin areas, allowlisted administrator accounts, and rate limiting on public forms. No online service is completely risk-free; please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive identifiers through contact forms.
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
