Design system

A design system is a living set of tokens, components, and usage rules that help teams ship coherent interfaces without redesigning every screen from scratch.

What it means

At minimum, a design system covers color, type, spacing, core components, and states. Mature systems also document accessibility expectations, content patterns, and how engineering consumes the same tokens in code.

When buyers ask about it

Product owners ask when multiple apps look unrelated, when design handoff creates endless edge cases, or when a rebrand needs to land without freezing delivery. A system is less useful for a one-page brochure site with no reuse.

How Techoice approaches it

We usually start with the components your next release actually needs, then expand. Product design and brand identity work feed the same token language so marketing and product surfaces do not diverge after launch.
